When is Check-Out time?

Check out is 11 AM.

When is Check-In time?

Check in is 4 PM.  

Where are we located?

On White Lake, just a short1 mile walk from Downtown Whitehall, MI.

Is there a public beach in town?

If you prefer not to swim from the dock, you can visit Duck Lake State Park or Montague Bathing Beach for beach access. A little farther away is Muskegon State Park, which offers miles of private beaches. Plus, if you have a boat, you can reach the vast shoreline of Lake Michigan with just a 10-minute ride from the property.

Are pets allowed?

You can bring up to two dogs for an extra fee. There is a fenced yard around the back fire pit.

Is there a minimum night stay?

We require a minimum stay of 3 nights in the off-season and 6 nights in season for our relaxing getaway..

What is your cancellation policy?

No refund less than 30 days of your reservation although we will make accommodations if we are able to find a replacement renter. Anything before that is 100% refundable.

Is there WiFi?

Yes. Wifi info is posted inside The Home.

Is there a fire pit?

Yes, we have two large fire pit. One in the rear of the house and one adjacent to the lakefront.

Is firewood provided?

Yes

Is there a grill?

Yes, gas grill with a direct line from the house.

Is coffee provided?

A Keurig with coffee pods are provided as well as a coffee pot.

Can I smoke on site?

We have a strict no smoking policy in the house which per our Terms and Conditions will result in a $500 fine.

Is there boat parking?

Yes, there is space on the dock for your boat. Boat rentals are available at multiple local marinas.

Do we need to bring anything for our stay?

The house is cleaned of all food items before each visit, creating a fresh and welcoming environment for our guests.

What do I need to do before checkout?

We ask that guests leave the house just as they found it, or in even better condition. We have a small staff of offsite cleaning assistance who disinfect and clean the house between guests, and are very grateful to avoid large messes.

Are hair dryers available?

Yes, there is one in every bathroom

Is there a quiet time?

White Lake Adventures respects a quiet time of 10pm - 8am in consideration of our residential neighbors.

What do we do with our gabage?

Please place full garbage bags in the trash bins on the side of the house. Trach pick-up is on Thursday and we appreciate you bringing the cans down for pickup.
